Constitutional objectives
3.1 To promote the well-being of the residents In the Area of Benefit without discrimination on political, religious or any other grounds. 3.2 To associate with clubs, voluntary organisations, charities and other organisations in co-operation with local authorities to advance education, health and recreation and to improve the quality of life throughout the Area of Benefit, with the particular aim of assisting residents in special need by reason of age, youth or other circumstances.
