Constitutional objectives
To promote, maintain, improve, advance, encourage the presentation and appreciation of jazz, particularly by the production of concerts, films, video recordings, radio broadcasts, television performances, lectures, exhibitions and literary, musical and artistic entertainments as are conducive to the promotion, maintenance and advancement of jazz and all associated forms of musical and artistic entertainment, presentation and education.
