Our charity was set up to carry out field archaeology within Scotland and to publish the results of our fieldwork. We also hold meetings at which archaeology is described

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Association shall be to advance education in all aspects of archaeological field survey in Scotland and elsewhere and in furtherance of this shall seek to co-operate and liaise with relevant authorities and also other recognised charities that have the same or similar objects.
