02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charity supports a wide range of activities which cannot be supported from Government funding. The fund also provides additional support to Ayrshire and Arran healthcare staff including advanced training and medical research. Funds are raised from investments and through donations and are used to enhance patient care and facilities.
