Constitutional objectives
(a) in carrying on and supporting a Youth Centre on the Island of Unst, Shetland Islands, in the interest of social welfare, the facilities of which shall be available to the public at large and where will be provided residential facilities and/or facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation. (b) for such other purpose or purposes charitable in law as the Trustees shall from time to time determine: Declaring that any loans as aforesaid may be made with or without security and upon such reasonable terms as to interest and repayment as the Trustees think fit.
