02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To promote and maintain the history and knowledge of the Scottish Reformation. The charity produces a quarterly magazine for its members/subscribers and also publishes books from time to time about the Scottish Reformation and its history. holds periodical online talks, and make the Magdalen Chapel available for arranged group tours and open to the general public where volunteers engage with visitors to answer questions and provide information. An annual AGM is also held which is open to any member of the Society or public to attend.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Society shall be to: (a) Propagate the Evangelical Protestant Faith and those principles held in common by those Churches and Organisations adhering to the Reformation. (b) Diffuse sound and Scriptural teaching on the distinctive tenets of Protestantism and Roman Catholicism. (c) To produce and distribute evangelistic, religious and other literature in connection with the promotion of the Protestant religion.
