Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Panel are the relief of stress and suffering of disabled persons in the Angus area through suitable access provision being made available for all classes of disabled persons (including the visually impaired, the physically handicapped, and those with impaired mobility, either through infirmity, injury or progressive illness).
