02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
giving assistance to prsons resident in Montrose in straitened circumstances. We recieve applictions for washing machines, cookers, beds and other household items. Applications are supported by Social Work Department, Welfare Rights Officer, Citizen advice Bureau or similar and are submitted to a Trustee for approval. Once approved the Trustee arranges to source the item required and provides payment or arranges for T Duncan & Co to pay an invoice.
