Constitutional objectives
The charitable purposes hereof (hereinafter denominated 'the trust purposes') are such charitable purposes and if more than one in such proportions and in such manner in all respects as the Trustees shall from time to time decide and without restricting the generality of the foregoing I express the wish that the Trustees should consider the primary purpose of the trust as the maintenance repair or preservation for the public benefit of the chapel known as the Quier of Terregles in the Parish of Terregles and County of Kirkcudbright (hereinafter referred to as 'the Quier').
