Constitutional objectives
The purpose of the Trust hereby created is to apply both the capital and the income of the Trust Fund for the deserving or for the relief of the poor and needy or to or for such other charitable purpose, institution, society or object as the said Club in duly constituted meeting, of its Council or members shall from time to time direct, including without prejudice to the foregoing generality the purposes contained in the Deed of Trust executed by our respective predecessors in office on 6th July, 1972 in relation to the Inverness Rotary Club Youth Merit Award Fund, the terms of which previous Deed of Trust are held to be repeated herein brevitatis causa.
