02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The Charity's objects are to manage the Trust assets and to pay out of the surplus revenue each year fixed sums to females resident in Aberdeen who have fallen into poor circumstances through no fault of their own and subject to retention of necessary funds to manage land and buildings belonging to the trust to pay annual donations to other beneficiaries of the trust at the discretion of the management trustees

Free income of estate to such of the institutions and bodies which receive annuities under (1) above and in such proportions as the Trustees think fit.
