What the charity exists to do
CALA aims to ensure children and families have access to high quality, inclusive services for children and families. Ensure our workforce is professional, skilled and valued. Work to ensure our organisation is dynamic, responsive and sustainable.

Constitutional objectives
4. The company’s objects are the advancement of education to include, but not limited to (a) promoting, maintaining, improving and advancing education and social development of children, parents, carers and families of such children and other appropriate persons with emphasis on play experience (b) stimulating and educating the public interest therein and in other educational and social fields. 5. The company’s objects are restricted to those set out in article 4 (but subject to article 6). 6. The company may, (subject to first obtaining the consent of OSCR) add to, remove or alter the statement of the company’s objects in article 4. on any occasion when it does so, it must give notice to the registrar of companies and the amendment will not be effective until that notice is registered on the register of companies.
