Considering that the said Sir James Duncan by the said Deed of Settlement directed his Trustees as regards the Old Free Church of Kinnettles which was purchase by him to offer the same to the Heritors of the Parish of Kinnettles to be held by them in Trust and to be used as a Public Hall and Library for the said Parish.
