02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our Charity is set up through the use of the grounds and Community Hall known as the Tabernacle Hall, to promote social community well being for residents and a meeting venue in our rural area. We hold regular social events for both adults and kids throughout the year. a lunch club is held every two weeks throughout the winter months and the hall can be hired for family social events such as children's birthday parties, anniversaries etc. keep fit groups. men's group. Community Council meetings & other local groups meetings.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Association shall be: (a) To promote the well-being of the Community resident in the Blairadam area (hereinafter called 'the neighbourhood') by associating the Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations and Residents in a common effort to further health, to advance education, to provide a meeting place and facilities for physical and mental training and recreation, to foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and other such objects as may be by law deemed to be charitable. (b) To assist the Hall Trustees in the maintenance and running of the Community Centre known as the Tabernacle Hall (hereinafter called 'the Hall') for activities promoted by the Association and/or the Hall Trustees in furtherance of the above objects, or any of them.
