The Glasgow Trust for East Neuk Trinity Church of Scotland

Constitutional objectives

(1) For payment of all the expenses of management of the Trust. (2) For the following charitable purposes:- (a) For the maintenance, repair, renewal and improvement of the buildings, their fittings and fixtures and furnishings belonging to or used primarily or exclusively by Elie, Kilconquhar and Colinsburgh Church of Scotland (Scottish Charity number SC003163) (hereinafter referred to as ''the Church') including without prejudice to the foregoing generality the Churches, Church Halls and Manse. (b) For the benefit of the organisations set up by the Church or operating under the umbrella of the Church, including without prejudice to the foregoing generality the Sunday School and other youth organisations. and (c) For such activities and projects of the Church which have the aim of bringing people to Christianity. and (d) Generally for the promotion and advancement of the Christian religion.
