to preserve and operate the grade a listed cinema in campbeltown for the benefit of the community and visitors to the area

(1) the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science through: (i) the depiction of film in its past and present form (ii) the history and heritage of cinema and the benefits of entertainment as well as media for news and reviews (2) the advancement of education (i) the provision of training opportunities (3) The provision of recreational facilities and recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are activities are primarily intended, and only in relation to recreational facilities or activities which are available to members of the public at large or to male or female members of the public at large.
