Constitutional objectives
The company's objects are:- 3.1 (a) the provision on such terms as the directors may approve of employment, industrial training and assessment for blind, partially sighted persons, blind disabled and disabled ex-servicemen and women and other disabled persons by inter alia establishing and maintaining workshops, factories and training and assessment centres and generally doing any other thing to promote the interests and welfare of those persons including social activities and the directors shall be entitled to enter into undertakings of whatever appropriate character with responsible central and local authorities individually or any combination of them with a view to assisting or improving the effectiveness of this object. and (b) to provide, assist in and promote schemes for the training of the foresaid persons.
