Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income thereof subject as herein provided for the purpose of rendering pecuniary or other assistance to relieve want among the Beneficiaries and the Trustees may further if they in their sole discretion think fit to do so subscribe to the support or establishment of any charity which may exist for the benefit of any of the Beneficiaries. The Beneficiaries mean any person (including Directors and Officers) who have at any time been in employment or service or have been engaged as artists or artistes in any theatre or cinema in Scotland and the wives widows relations and dependants of any such person.
