02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We own and operate Whitsome Village Hall, including its shop and post office, for the benefit of the community. The hall is the only public amenity in the village and is the location for all social and community events. The hall is also hired out for private events as well as for activities such as girl guides, sports such as pickleball and bowls and educational activities such as art and crafts classes and adult education.
