Constitutional objectives
For payment and application of so much capital of the Staff Benevolent Fund and/or income thereof, as the Trustees may decide, to and for behoof of all or any of the servants, whether male or female, who shall be in the employment of the Club at the date of payment to them of any provision or gratuity hereunder or who shall have been in the Club’s employment at any time and for any period prior to that date and of all or any of the relatives and/or dependents of such servants who may have died and that in such proportions and in such amounts and at such time or times and on such terms and conditions as the Trustees may in their sole discretion at any time and from time to tome determine.
