What the charity exists to do

The purpose of the Trust is the promotion of temperance. the prevention and lessening of intemperance, gambling, drugs and other evils. the promotion of the Christian Gospel, especially among the young. the circulation and teaching of educational literature in schools, societies, homes etc., so as to educate and stimulate interest in the foregoing subjects. The Trust Deed indicated the promotion of the purposes in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Queensland (Australia) and other places.

Constitutional objectives

Constitution - The promotion of Temperance and Arbitration. To prevent, lessen and cure Intemperance, Gambling, Strikes, Wars, Narcotics and other most prevalent evils of our time and country, which most hinder the progress of the Gospel and the happiness of the people, especially amongst the young. Means – The wide circulation and teaching of education literature, through Schools, Societies, homes etc. so as to reach, educate, enlist encourage and stimulate the whole community in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Queensland and other places where the supporters are interested in.
