The trustees have a policy of making donations to those organisations which they feel to be most in need of support and whose purposes fall within the purposes of the charity.

Constitutional objectives

For payment in any year or years of the whole or such part of the free income of the Trust Estate as the Trustees consider desirable for such purposes as are charitable in Law or to such institutions, Societies, Foundations or Funds as are charitable in Law as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion select and that in such proportions as they may decide: and (THIRD) for payment of such part or parts or even the whole of the capital of the Trust Estate as the Trustees may from time to time or at any time consider desirable for such purpose or purposes as are charitable in Law or to such Institutions, Societies, Foundations, or Funds as, are charitable in Law, as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion select. Declaring with reference to the foregoing purposes hereof, that it is my wish that the Trustees in expending the income and capital of the Trust estate shall expressly keep in mind the relief of poverty and in furtherance of religion and education, but the foregoing declarations shall be without prejudice and to the full and complete discretion of the Trustees to administer and dispose of the Trust Estate for such purposes as are charitable in Law and to such Institutions, Societies, Foundations or Funds, as are charitable in Law in accordance with the Trust purposes hereof.
