Constitutional objectives
The subjects are donated to the inhabitants of the Village of Caputh and of surrounding neighbourhood as a hall for religious, social, political, educational or other public uses. And I especially direct that the Minister of the Parish shall be entitled to have reasonable use of the hall, free of charge, for a Sunday School or for the other purposes of a Church Hall in connection with the Church of Scotland in Caputh.
