02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The Charity was set up to afford relief in times of distress and need to indigent members, and the widows, orphans and dependents of members, and also to other deserving persons or their dependents who have been employed in the furniture trade. To do this applications are received for hardship and grants paid out to eligible members (or associated individuals).

Constitutional objectives
