What the charity exists to do

The Trust aims to support charities working with children and young people in developing countries. This is done through direct donations to specific small charities that the Trustee thinks are well managed and for which small donations contribute a relatively high impact.

Constitutional objectives

I, Miss Linda Dorothy Maclellan, desire to make provision for religious, educational, charitable and social purposes as after mentioned. I DIRECT and APPOINT that the said sum and any further funds or securities which may be conveyed or made over to the Trustees shall be held and applied by the Trustees for the ends, uses and purposes following, namely: For payment to or among such religious, educational, charitable and social organisations or societies as the Trustees may in their own sole discretion select from time to time, provided that the same are of charitable status (all hereinafter referred to as 'the good causes') of the whole free income or annual produce of the trust estate for a period not exceeding sixty years from the date hereof and at such times, in such sums and in such proportions as may be decided by the Trustees.
