02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

As a congregation of the Church of Scotland it is set up to glorify God and to work for the advancement of Christ's kingdom throughout the world. A service of worship takes place every Sunday morning with additional services at Christmas and Easter and other times as considered appropriate. It has ecumenical links with other local churches. It has a number of weekday organisations and provides facilities for a number of community organisations and organises events to support the church and a number of good causes
