02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The Trust Fund is held for the benefit of such registered charitable institutions as the Trustees in their sole discretion shall select. The Trustees consider each project individually on its merits. In accordance with the Trust's objectives, aims and grant making policy donations are made to organisations directly involved in the provision of charitable services.

Constitutional objectives
Do therefore hereby provide and declare that the Trust estate shall be held by the Trustees and by any other person or persons who may be assumed as Trustees here-under and the survivors and survivor of them and the heir-at-law being sui juris of the survivor (hereinafter referred to as “the Trustees) as Trustees and Trustee for the Fund and shall be paid by the Trustee in such amounts and at such time or times as they in their sole discretion shall decide to such non- Nationalised Charitable Institutions and Organisations, formed or to be formed, as the Trustees shall select, provided that no Charitable Institution or Organisation shall be a beneficiary unless it is registered as a Charity.
