Constitutional objectives

the Trustees shall hold the trust Funds and may from time to time as they see fit pay or apply the whole or any part of the income arising therefrom fro the benefit of Methlick Parish Church, but that entirely at the unfettered discretion of the said Trustees. the Trustees shall accumulate the whole or part of the said income not consumed in terms of Clause Second hereof and shall distribute it along with the Trust Funds in manner of aftermentioned. the Trustees shall be entitled to pay apply (but not solely and entirely at their unfettered discretion) the Trust Funds or any part thereof from time to time, but that only for the purpose of financing extensive fabric construction, reconstruction or repair of any of the properties belonging to the said Methlick Parish Church. including without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the Church building, halls and the manse, or for any other capital purpose in connection with the said church.
