My Trustees shall for as long as they deem appropriate pay the balance of the free annual income of the Trust estate, and shall have power in their sole discretion to advance up to the whole capital thereof, to the Scottish Artists' Benevolent Association, declaring that the use to which the said payments and advances should be put will be determined by the Council for the time being of the said Association
