The Trustees may apply the Trust Fund and the income thereof or part thereof for such charitable purposes (in the sense in which that expression is used in Section 360 Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1970) as they in their uncontrolled discretion shall from time to time think fit including, without prejudice to the foregoing generality and without restricting the Trustees in any way in the exercise of their discretionary powers, but by way of a guide to the Trustees, the relief of poverty, the advancement of education and the advancement of the Christian Religion.
