What the charity exists to do
To provide relief for those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in England and Scotland. Trustees will consider application for those they feel require most support.

Constitutional objectives
1. The Trustees shall hold and apply such funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Property, in trust for the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in Scotland and England. 2. The expenses of administering the Trust, and any tax payable in relation to the Trust, shall be met by the Trustees in priority to all other payments and transfers of assets out of the Trust Property.
