02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We work together to share the word of God, with fellowship and worship in the thee places of worship within our Union, and in Songs of praise events which are open to all. The gathering our weekly meeting with soup and sandwiches, fellowship, support and praise, which encourages people to bring friends, and the elderly. We also support and attend events in the other places of worship of all denominations. Our facilities are well maintained which we provide to both Mum's and Tots, Arthurites UK, and other charities, The Remembrance service is held in the Tain building, bringing in many you people from the forces. Very much enjoyed is a special week of crafts, prayer and faith discussions, and ladies exercise group. A midweek bible study is held in the manse on Wednesday evenings. This along with all the wonderful gatherings at Christmas, Easter, world day of Prayer, along with our support of the local food bank and the Local Christian events.
