02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our aim is to develop and deliver a diverse range of mental and physical wellbeing services accessible to all. Whether someone enjoys: • Singing, dance, and movement • Mindfulness and relaxation • Creative activities such as knitting and art • Quizzes, word games, reminiscence sessions • Social groups, chatting, and meeting new people • Gentle physical activities such as Tai Chi or seated exercise • Practical or hands-on activities —we aim to have something for everyone. We support people aged 50+, their carers, and anyone affected by early-onset dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or other age-related conditions, ensuring individuals can access support in the way that suits them best.
