OSCR note: Previous name - Old Well Theatre Trust from 15/04/1982 to 29/05/2024. The SCIO was incorporated on 4 July 2013 as a result of a Change to SCIO application by SC012701 Upper Annandale Dramatic Society, which was an Unincorporated Association registered as a charity since 15 April 1982.

What the charity exists to do
Promotion of the arts within our community inclusive of educational opportunities which achieve through our youth drama group , choir , incoming shows , film nights, pantomime productions and play productions.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Trust are to advance the education of the public in the performing arts and to further public appreciation of the said arts by [a] presenting for public performance a balanced range of performances of artistic and cultural merit. [b] creating opportunities for public involvement in all aspects of the performing arts and [c] providing educational opportunities in the performing arts
