02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

To serve God and the community of Shawlands. This is achieved through regular Sunday services, communion services, bible study group and weekly meditation. We have a weekly warm cafe, which is welcome to all in the local community. We support and encourage local groups including Ladybirds, Brownies, BB, Toddler, CA, AA and community badminton club. We support the Poppy Scotland Appeal collection for G41 area. We regularly donate to local charities including the Lodging House Mission and Christian Aid.
