The Company's objects are 3 I to acquire and take over the assets of The Camphill Foundation (formerly known as the Dr Thomas Weihs Trust), a chantable trust estabhshed m Scotland under a trust deed dated A January, 29 January, 2 February. 10 February. 16 February and 28 February 1984 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 28 March 1984 and to carry on and continue the works ofthe said chantable trust, and 3 2 for the public benefit, to relieve SIckness. promote good health, provide care and to advance the education and trammg of people WIth a disabihty (whether mental or physical), the young, the old, or people otherwise m need, in accordance With the pnnciples of Dr Rudolf Steiner (as summansed m the Appendix to this Memorandum of AsSOCIatIon), particularly (but WIthout hrmtanon) by the promotion, estabhshment, financing and maintenance of new and existing communities In the form of VIllages, residential houses. day centres. kindergartens, schools, colleges or other types of SOCIal and/or educational community m the Bntish Isles or elsewhere. m which beneficianes hve and/or work and/or to which they otherwise resort, In community With persons providing support to them (known as 'Co workers'') and including (but WIthout hrrutation) the collection of funds to support financially such a project
