02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To promote the welfare and relieve the needs of patients of Inverurie Hospital during their stay in the hospital and during rehabilitation, whether in hospital of in their own homes, and of others in the community who are sick, convalescing, or who are mentally or physically disabled, by the provision of care and facilities over and above the statutory responsibility of Grampian Primary Care Trust or its successors. To create, encourage, foster and maintain the interest of the public by providing a link between the above named hospital and the community which it serves.
