Constitutional objectives
The said subjects and buildings erected or to be erected thereon are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Youth and Community Centre for the use of the inhabitants of the island of Whalsey without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants
