What the charity exists to do
Objectives of the charity are the advancement of education and to assist and support INSEAD which is achieved by making regular payments to INSEAD. The main funding sources for these payments are donations from UK based INSEAD alumni and corporate donations.

Constitutional objectives
The charitable objects for which the Trust is established are the advancement of education and, in particular to assist and support INSEAD in its primary aims of providing for the further education and training of professional managers, for research into the development of new management and organisational techniques, for facilities to accommodate such education and training courses and research and development projects, and for activities in furtherance of the foregoing charitable objects: The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund at their sole discretion to make grants, loans or payment out of the income or capital of the Trust Fund for these charitable objects noting the expressed wishes of donors or for such other charitable purpose or purposes as the Trustees shall from time to time determine: Declaring that such grants or loans may be made on such terms and subject to such conditions as the Trustees may think fit and in the case of loans with or without security and upon such terms of interest, if any, and repayment as the Trustees in their sole discretion think proper: The expressions 'charitable purpose' or 'charitable object' shall mean a charitable purpose under section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 which is also regarded as a charitable purpose in relation to the application of the Taxes Acts.
