Constitutional objectives
To provide or assist in the provision of facilities and opportunities for recreational, sporting, cultural and social activities, where such provision or assistance in provision - 1. Is in the interests of social welfare. 2. Is made with the object of improving the conditions of life of the members of the community. 3. Is concerned with informal educational recreation. 4. And for these purposes to associate with the East Lothian District Council. 5. To co-operate with the Council and its successors in the office in establishing, maintaining, and managing the Community Centre situated in the area of benefit which is provided by the Council and which may receive grant aid from the Council.
