What the charity exists to do

We are an independent, Congregational church, founded in 1879, providing weekly protestant, christian services and bible study. We employ a full-time Minister who is ordained and we have marriage, christening and funeral services. We have annual special church services during the Easter Season and during Advent (Christmas season). We hold a Remembrance Sunday Service annually. We provide hot food and drinks to local people whilst assisting with job searching, weekly. We provide snacks and drinks for a Parent and Toddler group to local people weekly. We have a monthly movie afternoon which is open to anyone. We have provided our church building for other Charities to hold fundraising events. We have a weekly walking group. We have a Church Guild weekly over 6 months of the year. We donate to charities regularly. We hold our own fundraising events for church funds. We livestream our Sunday Morning Worship services via our Church website for anyone to join us virtually.
