What the charity exists to do
For the provision of educatioal courses and training for people studying for admission to the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland and the provision of grants towards the education and training of people studying cashroom, accountancy and other skills appropriate to Scottish legal firms.

Constitutional objectives
(One) As the Primary Purpose, the provision of educational courses and training focusing on the work carried out by those engaged in cash room, accountancy or similar functions within a law firm (or other organisation involved in the provision of legal advice or support), and the supervision, review, audit or regulation of work of that nature. (Two) As the Secondary Purpose the provision of grants, at the Trustees' sole discretion, towards the education or training of persons studying cash room work, accountancy or other skills appropriate to Scottish legal firms.
