02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

To improve the quality of life, the welfare, and benefit of all patients within the hospital and health centre especially by the support of staff, enhancement of the environment, amenities and equipment supplementary to that provided by the National Health Service. 2 To foster and maintain public interest in the patients and staff of the hospital and health centre. 3 To support the hospital by voluntary service. 4 To co-operate with other bodies for the benefit of the hospital and health centre. This is achieved by fundraising locally and working with the hospital and health centres to support.
