02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We manage and maintain the village hall so that it can be utilized by the local community, wider general public, schools and businesses for recreational & social activities. We achieve this through volunteers (mainly the trustees) carrying out the day to day requirements and checks, and fund raising. These include: Maintaining financial stability Maintaining records and checks for Public Entertainment License including health and safety requirements Organizing contractors to carryout repairs Maintaining insurance and paying all bills.
