(b) to encourage contacts between operators, public bodies, users, academics and other organisations and individuals with interests in transport in its Scottish context. (c) to improve information provision and to promote research relevant to transport in its Scottish context (d) to issue publications and organise conferences and seminars related to transport policy and research.
