Constitutional objectives
The objects for which the Company is established are to promote education and for that purpose to establish and manage schools and educational institutions of all kinds and also libraries, laboratories, halls, dining and refreshment rooms, gymnasia, swimming pools, sports grounds, playgrounds, pavilions and other accommodation and facilities which may be necessary for the use of teachers, students, pupils and others connected with or attending the schools of the Company.
