What the charity exists to do
The object of the trust is to apply annual income from the trust funds for such purposes as the trustees see fit and in particular te advancement of education, human rights, environmental protection, conflict resolution and reconciliation. Grants or other support may be given to individuals or organisations for these purposes

Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall apply all or such part of the annual income arising from the Trust Fund for such charitable purposes as the Trustees shall in their uncontrolled discretion think fit, including, without limitation or prejudice to the foregoing generality and without in any way restricting the Trustees' discretionary powers (but subject always to the definition of 'charitable purpose' specified below), the advancement of education, human rights, environmental protection, conflict resolution and reconciliation, by making grants to individuals and organisations which the Trustees deem deserving of such assistance and providing such other support as the Trustees consider appropriate, acting always in their absolute discretion.
