What the charity exists to do
Provide a village hall to locals and regular user groups. We hold various events and have a licensed bar. Our main income is derived from hall hire and bar takings.

Constitutional objectives
a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit by associating with local authorities, voluntary organizations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the aforementioned inhabitants. b) To establish, maintain and manage the Wellbank Village Hall and park for activities promoted by the association and its constituent members in furtherance of the above objects or any of them.
