Constitutional objectives
The relief of poverty and the advancement of education and religion among Muslims in the United Kingdom and in furtherance thereof, but not otherwise for the following purposes or anyone or more of them that is to say: (a) to relieve need among Muslims in the United Kingdom (b) to provide hostels for the accommodation of needy Muslims in the United Kingdom. (c) to provide assistance to needy Muslims having come to the United Kingdom from abroad in matters of medical treatment and accommodation. (d) to advance education among Muslims having come to the United Kingdom from abroad by the provision of grants for those in need of such assistance and the provision of libraries and other educational facilities. (e) to provide facilities for the advancement of the religious instruction of Muslims in the United Kingdom. (f) to advance research in Islamic subjects by the provision of grants accommodation and other material assistance to Muslim students engaged in such research and in need of such assistance and the provision of libraries and other facilities for such research. (g) to advance research in subjects of benefit to Muslims and the provision of libraries, computers and other facilities for such research.
