Promoting education in music among persons belonging to the County- by establishing, maaintaining and equipping or assisting to establish, maintain and equip choirs and orchestras composed wholly or mainly of the said persons. by granting assistance to any such person who shows exceptional promise in vocal or instrumental music and who requires financial aid to enable him to obtain special tution, and by organizing and defraying or assisting to organize and defray the expenses of musical performances and music lectures.
